Will all guests and rituals be covered?

- Yes, our team ensures comprehensive coverage. Candid photography focuses on emotions and key moments, while traditional photography ensures all guests, ceremonies, and group shots are included. For larger weddings, we recommend a combined team to cover both aspects thoroughly

Will the entire wedding day be covered from start to finish?
Yes. Our coverage begins from the morning preparations and continues until the conclusion of the event after lunch (unless otherwise planned). All scheduled rituals and ceremonies will be documented as per the timeline shared with us in advance.

What if my wedding has multiple events or runs late?
We plan our coverage according to the provided event schedule. For events extending beyond the planned hours, additional charges may apply. We always recommend sharing a clear, final itinerary so our team can prepare accordingly.

Do I need to allocate time specifically for couple portraits?
Yes. We request a minimum of 45 minutes for couple portraits either before or after the wedding or respective events. This time is crucial to deliver high-quality, editorial-style portraits and cinematic frames.

Can the crew manage both rituals and creative shots in a busy schedule?
Absolutely. Our team is experienced in managing both—ceremonial documentation and creative shots. However, allocating specific time for creative shooting allows us to maintain the artistic quality we’re known for.

What’s the importance of having someone assist during the shoot?
It’s very helpful to have a friend or family member assist during key moments—especially during attire shoots or fast-paced ceremonies. They can help manage outfits, accessories, and ensure you look your best while we focus on capturing the moments.

How should we plan the timeline to ensure smooth coverage?
We recommend sharing a detailed itinerary in advance. Include buffer time between rituals, prep time for attire changes, and any must-have shots or family groupings. This helps us align our team’s movements and gear setup accordingly.

Will every ritual and guest be covered?
Yes. We balance candid and traditional coverage to ensure all major rituals, moments, and family groupings are documented. For larger events, we may recommend additional crew to guarantee thorough coverage.

How early will your team arrive on the event day?
Our team typically arrives at least 30–60 minutes before the scheduled shoot start time to set up equipment and plan framing. Arrival time will be adjusted based on your event schedule.

What if weather or location constraints affect the shoot?
We’re well-equipped to adapt. If the location or weather presents challenges, we’ll find creative indoor/outdoor alternatives without compromising quality. We also suggest having a backup location plan, especially for outdoor shoots.
