Our Working Process: From Booking to Delivery

We operate with a clear and professional system to ensure a smooth experience from booking to final delivery. Here's how we work:

1. Package Confirmation & Booking

• Once your selected package is confirmed, we will share a formal confirmation message along with a payment receipt for your records.

• A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created with you and our team. This will be our main communication channel throughout the process.

2. Wedding Schedule & Planning

• We will send a Wedding Schedule Form to collect detailed information about:

  • Event timings

  • Locations

  • Key people and moments to capture

  • Reference photos/videos

• Please ensure that the form is filled out accurately and submitted on time, so we can plan the shoot effectively.

• Once reviewed, our team will schedule a call or Google Meet to discuss:

  • Event flow

  • Content ideas (e.g., couple portraits, testimonials)

  • Extra time requirements for specific coverage

  • Team accommodation and logistics, if needed

  • Your style references (editing, mood, aesthetics)

3. Event Day Execution

• Our team will arrive directly at the venue as per the shared schedule and begin coverage.

• We aim to capture every special moment as naturally and beautifully as possible, with a mix of documentary and curated styles.

4. Post-Event Workflow & Deliverables

Quick Delivery

• Once the initial payment is cleared, we will share 30–50 preview images within 24 hours of the event.

Timeline of Deliverables

• Teaser Video: Delivered within 1–2 weeks after the event.

• AI-enhanced photo delivery, USB, and Signature Album: Minimum 7 days, maximum 10 days (from event dates).

5. Album Selection & Approval

• If your package includes an album:

  • You will receive a gallery to select your favorite images.

  • Once your selection is complete, we will begin the album design process.

  • Album PDF design will be shared within 2 weeks of your selection.

  • Final delivery of the printed album is done within 25–40 days after your approval and final payment.

6. Video Editing Process

• Highlights Video: Delivered 25–40 days post-event (or post-album selection).

• Full Video: Delivered within the same 25–40 days timeline.

Note: Please confirm your music preferences before editing begins. Once editing starts, music changes will not be possible.

• Major video corrections are allowed up to two times. Further changes will incur additional charges.

7. Final Approval & Payment

• After you review and approve all preview files (album PDF, highlight/full video), we will request the final payment.

• Once the final payment is done:

  • Album will be sent for printing (takes 4–5 days).

  • Final videos will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

  • Album will be couriered to your address (standard courier timelines apply based on your location).

8. Data Storage & Final Collection

• Final delivery should be collected within 4–5 months from the event date.

• We provide regular updates for the first 3 months. If we do not receive timely responses, delivery timelines may be delayed.

• We are not responsible for data backups after 5 months.

Important Notes

• Please verify your album PDF thoroughly before approving it for print. We are not responsible for any errors once it's approved and printed.

• Highlight editing charges (if applicable) should be included in the final payment.
